A comprehensive weight lifting and resistance area, designed to provide for a variety of training methods and styles. Fully refurbished with the latest Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment.

We have had a long-standing connection with strength training, body building and the use of free weights to achieve fitness goals. Xchange Fitness offers the most comprehensive and spacious weights facility in the area.

Operating for over 15 years, we believe we have created a facility that embodies everything you would expect from a “real weights gym”.

The atmosphere and camaraderie in the free weights area is superb and you could be a part of this whether you are a beginner, intermediate or experienced weight-lifter/body- builder.

A recent complete overhaul has seen a newly laid out free weights area, which benefit from even better space and some newly updated equipment.
