Certification: Qualified Spin Class Instructor, HND in Sports Performance and Coaching, Power Plate Certified.

Experience: Personal trainer for over 14 years. Ex-England and GB track and cross country athlete.

Outdoor boot camp instructor since 2013. Has trained a variety of people from athletes to older people.

Specialisation: Strength and conditioning, sport specific training, functional and whole body exercises, general fitness for all levels, muscle gain, fat loss.
