“My passion for fitness began when training in Musical Theatre at The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts. I studied multiple styles of dance, remaining active and healthy is key for a performer.

Training for me is about feeling good and becoming the best version of yourself. I am always working towards my goals and then giving myself new ones to achieve. I focus on weight loss, improving self-esteem and high intensity/interval training.

I am so excited to be joining the Xchange Team! I was so impressed by the facilities they have on offer for members and the warm and friendly staff. I can’t wait to get started!”
