“From a young age, I was encouraged to try a range of sports including Tennis, Swimming, Ballet & junior Triathlons. My passion for exercise has only grown.

I trained as a dancer & achieved a degree in Performing Arts. From my 3 years training, I learnt the importance of stretching & all-round fitness to improve every day life.

I love variety in my training, from group classes such as HIIT or balance & flexibility, to strength training, where new goals can be created and smashed every session, no matter how big or small.

For me, Xchange stood out because fitness is about growing, learning & adapting. The team create a positive, safe environment where they push their clients and instructors to achieve. I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge, as well as helping others achieve their goals”.
