Here at Xchange Fitness we offer a wide variety of Group Fitness Classes catered to all abilities.
Classes are included in all memberships and also open to non members too on a pay per class basis.
Group fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated. Many of our members feel that they work harder in a group environment than they would on their own.
We offer Holistic classes like Yoga, Pilates and Yogalates.
High energy aerobic classes like Spinning, Legs Bums and Tums, Step, Total Body Workout, Insanity and Circuits.
For the over 50’s we also run a Fit and Fabulous class.
Some of the classes you will need to book due to limited spaces. These are Yoga and Pilates, Spinning, Step and Pump. As a member you can book classes two days in advance either online, via telephone or at reception in person.
If it’s your first time taking part in a class please let the instructor know. We supply everything you will need but bring water and a sweat towel.
