We have had a long-standing connection with Strength Training, Body Building and the use of Free Weights to achieve fitness goals. XChange Fitness offers the most comprehensive and spacious weights facility in the area.
Operating for over 15 years, we believe we have the essential and extensive knowledge necessary to create a facility that empowers our members to achieve any number of goals, suitable for newcomers and the veteran lifters alike.
The atmosphere and camaraderie in the free weights area is superb and you could be a part of this whether you are a beginner, intermediate or experienced weight-lifter/body- builder.
A recent complete overhaul has seen a newly laid out free weights area, which benefits from even better space and some newly updated equipment, whilst also more equipment spilling over into the Red Zone to support a full workout.
